MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
Andrew & Azi Sims
Having travelled and worked internationally for the last 18 years, Andrew and Azi are now settled in Southern California.
Earlier in his career, Andrew built Fintech companies in UK, Europe, and Middle East and was the CEO of a regulated payments company for 10 years. In addition to his financial planning practice, Andrew holds independent board positions and acts as a trusted advisor to Financial Services and Technology companies.
Azi is a Human Capital professional with more than 20 years experience of running human resources, talent acquisition, and development programs for financial services, retail, and luxury goods & jewellery companies. She leads the talent and learning & development aspects of the practice, working with individuals and business partners through our 90-day Fast Track program - providing training and mentoring to help them start-up their business, become professionals in what they do, and continue to develop their skills as they progress in their careers.
