What do you actually help businesses with?
Our main focus is to use tax‑aware strategies to support long‑term business plans and protect & reward the people your business depends on. Depending on your circumstances and needs, this may include owner and executive bonus plans, key‑person coverage, funding buy–sell agreements, and optimising cash reserves for growth and predictable future income streams.
How do I know if my business even needs this kind of planning?
A simple test is to ask yourself 2 simple questions : “If I or another key person disappeared tomorrow, what would happen to revenue, payroll, lenders, and the family behind that person?” and "I am comfortable that our tax position is fully optimised and we can't improve how we manage our profits and cash reserves?" If the answer to either question makes you uneasy or you aren't sure, there’s usually a planning gap we can address. Our consultations are free and there is no obligation so there's nothing for you to lose.
We already have a 401k, what else can we do to reward and keep key employees?
