Our 90-day Fast Track program is designed to work for people that are motivated and coachable. Prior experience in finance or business development is a nice-to-have, but it's not as important as drive, enthusiasm, and the desire to set and achieve goals for yourself.

  • Prepare for and pass the California Life Insurance license exam

  • Gain an understanding of the different products our carriers offer and how they can be matched to client's needs

  • Work closely with your mentor in live client situations

  • Learn how to hold genuine conversations, and present solutions that add real value to clients

  • Learn successful and repeatable systems to promote yourself and your new business

TRAINING & SUPPORT

  • Support and guidance for license exam preparation

What this opportunity is and isn't:

This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity to build your own business. It provides a chance to learn a real profession centred on helping families and businesses, and operating in an industry that is regulated and requires licensing by the State of California. If you are willing to work and keep learning and improving, it provides a structured pathway and repeatable systems to generate a meaningful long-term income. If you come with an open-mind, are coachable and have a strong work ethic, we will provide all of the training and support that you need to build a successful business and a new career. 

This is not a salaried position. It is not a 'get rich quick' scheme or an easy way to make some money by dabbling for a few weeks. Your income is not guaranteed and depends entirely upon your effort, activity, and the results you achieve.
